We've used Hansons a couple of times recently to replace a boiler and to fix an overflowing cistern. On both occasions they delivered at short notice ad provided friendly service and practical advice.

We'd had various problems with our house's heating over the years, which other plumbers and heating engineers have tried and failed to deal with; Hansons finally fixed them. They turned up to replace our boiler but ended up having to sort out numerous problems left by previous tradesmen. In the end they stayed much longer than expected to get things working – we had three engineers working well into the evening to avoid leaving us with no heating or hot water. George and his team were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were OK and that the system was finally working properly. They also returned promptly to sort out a few minor lingering issues and kept us well informed of what was going on throughout. Our heating is now working better than it's ever done before - definitely recommended.
